This is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. Lineup subject to change.Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated here or as required by applicable law. The Organizer may delay, suspend, interrupt, evacuate, relocate, postpone, or cancel the event, in whole or in part, if weather, site conditions, acts of God, government orders, or other circumstances make the event unsafe or impracticable to present, as determined by the Organizer in its reasonable discretion. Rain, ordinary inclement weather, rain delays, and ordinary schedule or program adjustments do not by themselves entitle a ticket holder to a refund. If the event is canceled in its entirety by the Organizer and not rescheduled, the original purchaser will receive a refund to the original method of payment of [full purchase price paid, including mandatory fees. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and refunds will be offered only if announced by Organizer or required by applicable law.
